DESCRIPTION
Professor Ong is currently a Professor at the Department
of Real Estate, National University of Singapore. He was
on the board of the American Real Estate and Urban
Economics Association as well as a past president of the
International Real Estate Society and past president of the
Asian Real Estate Society. He also held various positions in
the former Overseas Union Bank Limited, the Government
of Singapore Investment Corporation Private Limited, and
the Inland Revenue Department of Singapore.
Professor Ong holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Finance
and a Master of Business degree from Indiana University.
He is also a CFA charter holder.

DESCRIPTION
Mr Dwyer is the Executive Chairman of Oxley Group, a
private investment firm with investments in real estate,
agriculture/alternative energy and natural resources. He is
also a current management boardmember of the Council
of Governors of the Asian Pacific Real Estate Association
(“APREA”).
Mr Dwyer was the Chief Executive Officer of the first
independent cross-border listed REIT, raising S$500 million
at listing. Mr Dwyer was involved in the mortgage industry
in Australia for over 15 years, having held the position of
Joint Managing Director of a leading Mortgage REIT. He
also has a strong involvement with the securities industry
regulators and financial service associations in Australia.
Mr Dwyer is a qualified solicitor in Queensland, Australia
and has 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial
and property law.
