Transactions with related parties are priced on terms agreed between the parties. Retention sums relate to monies withheld as security against defective works for properties undergoing asset enhancement initiatives. Reinstatement sums relate to monies received from outgoing tenants in respect of their contractual obligations to reinstate their leased premises.
