Principle 8: Disclosure on Remuneration The remuneration of Directors and all employees of the Manager is paid by the Manager and not by ESR-REIT. All Directors’ fees as well as fixed pay, short-term variable incentives and allowances to the KMP are paid wholly in cash. Pursuant to Rule 1207(10D) of the Listing Manual, the Manager is required to disclose the names, exact amounts and breakdown of remuneration paid to each individual director and the CEO in the annual report for the financial years ending 31 December 2025 onwards. Such breakdown must include (in percentage terms) base or fixed salary, variable or performance-related income or bonuses, benefits in kind, stock options granted, share-based incentives and awards, and other long-term incentives.
