Change In Member Of Audit, Risk Management And Compliance Committee

The Board of Directors of Cambridge Industrial Trust Management Limited, the Manager of Cambridge Industrial Trust ("CIT") would like to announce that Mr. John Charles Wood has resigned from the Board with effect from close of business on 31 October 2011.
Mr. Michael Patrick Dywer has been appointed as a member of the Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee ("ARCC") in place of Mr. Wood with effect from 31 October 2011.
Following the above change, the ARCC comprises of:
Prof Ong Seow Eng - Chairman (Independent)
Mr. Tan Guong Ching - Member (Independent)
Mr. Michael Patrick Dwyer (Non-Independent)
Mr. Michael Patrick Dywer is considered non-independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST
