NIOS is a joint venture company owned by nabInvest Capital Partners Pty Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of NAB) and CREIM Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oxley Holdings Limited) which hold direct interests of 70% and 30% in NIOS respectively. |
