Midas Overseas Developments Pte. Ltd. is wholly-owned by Oxley Securities Limited which is wholly-owned by Oxley Group Treasury Limited. Oxley Holdings Limited has a 100% interest in the issued shares of Oxley Group Treasury Limited.

International Mezzanine Funds Group Limited, a company wholly owned by Michael Patrick Dwyer, holds 18.29% in Oxley Holdings Limited.

Michael Patrick Dwyer is accordingly deemed to be interested in the CIT Units held by Midas Overseas Developments Pte. Ltd.
