Pursuant to Rule 704(14) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, Cambridge Industrial Trust Management Limited, as Manager of Cambridge Industrial Trust, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM were passed by the unitholders at the AGM held today.

With the passing of the general unit issue mandate, the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will apply to the distribution for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2010.
